From Water Waste To Textiles
At Billion Bottles, we transform discarded water bottles into high-quality textiles through an innovative recycling process. First, we collect and clean the plastic bottles, breaking them down into tiny plastic pellets. These pellets are then melted and extruded into fine polymer fibers. The fibers are spun into yarn, which is woven into durable, eco-friendly fabrics. This process not only reduces waste but also creates sustainable materials that can be traced back to their recycled origins, embodying our commitment to transparency and environmental stewardship.
